Intra Asia received public complaints in the form of :

1. Complaints that are constructive in nature containing information on indications of irregularities or abuse of authority by State Apparatuses or parties obtaining permits or work agreements in the field of archiving which can result in losses to society and the state.
2. Contribute suggestions, criticisms, constructive ideas that contain useful information for improvement in the framework of public administration, development and community service in the field of archives.
